ITC Insurance Agency was founded with a clear mission: to give clients more choices, better value, and truly personalized service that puts their needs first.  Before establishing ITC, our founder Willi Chiao served as Farmers Insurance top producing agent, earning the company’s highest honors — including Topper Club, Championship, Silver Star, and recognition as the #1 Homeowners Agent for three consecutive years. While grateful for those achievements, he knew we could do even more to serve our clients beyond the limits of a single carrier. That belief inspired the creation of our independent and multi carrier insurance agency to deliver the best coverage at the most competitive rates.
